INITIAL EQUINE MASSAGE (60-90mins)… $105.00
Follow ups (60 mins)… $95.00

Each session starts with a baseline assessment that includes checking structural alignment, range of motion of joint mobility and function, palpation of muscles and may include a gait analysis. A treatment, using a variety of modalities, I will address the imbalances found in the body, posture, fascia and body systems. After the session, I will recommend an ongoing plan with stretches and exercises you can do in between sessions. A post-session digital report will be emailed to you outlining areas of concern.

I find every horse benefits from continued and consistent sessions to create balance, strength, unwind compensation patterns and for preventative care to stay ahead of injuries, comfort, performance and longevity.

KINESIOLOGY TAPING
Breathable, elastic, self-adhesive tape. K-Tape works to decompress the muscles, fascia and nerves by lifting the hairs and increasing circulation to the area. This gives the joints more space to work effectively, provides pain relief and creates softer, pliable tissue. K-Tape can also reduce edema (swelling) and improve proprioception (a horse’s body awareness).

Locations & Travel Fees

Elevate Equine Bodywork is based in Lake Country, BC and primarily services West Kelowna, Kelowna, Oyama, Vernon, Armstrong and Falkland. Travel is included within 40 km of my home base, a travel fee is incurred for any distance outside of 40 km.

Travel fees are waived for 3+ horses at the same location.

I travel often around the Okanagan and always open to new locations! Contact me for when I’ll be in your area next.
