Each session starts with a baseline assessment that includes joint mobility and function, palpation of muscles, checking front and hind limbs movement, and a gait analysis. Using a range of modalities, a treatment will be given based on imbalances found in the body in the bony structure, posture, muscle fascia and body systems.  After the session, I will recommend an ongoing plan and stretches or exercise’s you can do in between sessions. A post-session report will be sent to you outlining any areas of concerns.
